Prototype to Production · AI App Finishing

You built the prototype.
Let’s ship the product.

Your AI-built app looks promising—but it only runs locally, uses mock data, or is not ready for real users. Modernize finishes the backend, security, testing, and deployment so you can launch with confidence.

Start with a conversation. Understand the gaps before committing to a build.

New to AI-built apps? Read the production-readiness guide.

Built with AI. Finished with engineering.

Close the gap between “it looks done” and “it is ready.”

For vibe-coded apps, UI-only concepts, and local prototypes. You bring the momentum; we bring the engineering to finish the agreed release.

Make it work beyond the demo.

Replace mock data and disconnected screens with real workflows, a backend, a database, and the integrations your product needs.

Make it ready for real users.

Complete login and permissions, review security, test critical journeys, and resolve the failures a polished interface can hide.

Make it live—and maintainable.

Deploy with release checks, monitoring, documentation, and a clear handoff.

A clear path to launch

Know what gets built.
See it take shape.

No undefined “finish the app” engagement. We agree on the release scope and make progress visible through demonstrations and review checkpoints.

  1. 01

    Review your prototype

Show us what you built and who it is for. We assess what works, what can stay, and what stands between the demo and launch.

  2. 02

    Agree on the finish line

Define the release scope, acceptance criteria, milestones, and estimated cost and timeline before implementation begins.

  3. 03

    Build, demonstrate, launch

Complete the engineering with working demonstrations and feedback checkpoints, then test, deploy, and hand off the agreed release.

Before we talk

A few things worth knowing.

Is my prototype ready for this?

If you can show the idea through working screens, a local app, or an AI-generated codebase, we can review it. You do not need a complete specification. Bring the prototype and the outcome you want for your users.

Will you rebuild everything?

Not by default. We retain useful work and repair or replace what cannot support the product responsibly. If a rebuild is the better path, we explain why before agreeing on scope.

How much does it cost, and how long will it take?

That depends on the codebase, missing features, integrations, and launch requirements. We estimate the agreed release after reviewing the prototype. Hosting and third-party service costs are identified separately.

What happens after launch?

The release includes documentation and a defined handoff. Ongoing maintenance and improvements can be scoped separately, so the support plan is clear before you go live.

Your next step

Bring the prototype.
Let’s define your launch.

Show us a demo, explain the goal, and tell us where you are stuck. We will help identify the right next step. No polished pitch deck needed.
